		<description>&lt;p&gt;James it is great that your are trying the local food. It is something that I made a point of no matter where I was or how disgusting I thought the food might be.
 It turns out things like cobra, raw duck, and various other things I would never think to try actually tasted pretty good. Although there were a lot of things that didn&#039;t taste so good too.
 If you ever make it up here remind me to get you some prairie oysters to try.&lt;/p&gt;
